Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one e-mail box to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mail box you want to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
